RUHR.2010 – Event Tickets

Tickets for events of the Capital of Culture Programme and other events from the whole of the Ruhr Metropolis can be booked with immediate effect from the new ticketing portal at: www.ruhr2010.de/tickets.

As well as online booking you can also order tickets on the new RUHR.2010 Booking Hotline Tel: 0180 515 2010 (calling from within Germany) or at over 1,200 booking offices nationwide.

RUHR.2010 - Travel tickets

In 2010 the Rhein-Ruhr Travel Office (VRR) is offering two special Capital of Culture tickets. Please note that the two tickets are available from two different online shops.

RUHR.2010 Local Ticket

The local RUHR.2010 ticket costs 19 Euro. It is valid for 48 hours for one person in certain VRR-zones (North, South, East, West)

RUHR.2010 NRW Ticket

The RUHR.2010 NRW Ticket can be used for 48 hours by two people in the whole of North-Rhine-Westphalia and costs 48 Euro.

With the RUHR.2010 Tickets you can use all forms of local transport in the valid zones: buses, trams, local trains, underground, as well as second-class seats in the regional trains RegionalEx-press (RE), RegionalBahn (RB) and S-Bahn (suburban trains).
